Can dependent travel on previous employer H4 visa @ POE.

Hi

I am working on H1B with Company A and currently my wife is in India. She will come back on july 2013 and she has valid visa till 2014. now my question is , If I will transfer my H1B with Company B. and my petition is in process and I already start work with company B , but I did not get petition and status showing " In Process "

when My wife will come back to USA on july 2013 and she don't have new petition with her ,because I did not get it. So She has any problem @ port of entry ? OR she can show to POE -officer of my old Petition (previos company-A).

Please suggest me on this. Or I need to wait for new petition and after that she can travel to USA ?

She can travel with old visa. Better to send her the new approved petition.

Still I did not get approved petition , so she can travel on OLD Petition (previous employer A).

pls let me know asap.

She must have CURRENT employers petition.
