tusharvk Posted May 2, 2013 Report Posted May 2, 2013 485 was applied and along with that AP was applied for and also recd. 485 still pending. Now the 485 waiter wants to get EAD card. Will there be the EAD application fee? If someone has had a similar experience, please share.

tusharvk Posted May 27, 2013 Author Report Posted May 27, 2013 ok. so we are not talking about renewal here; 485 and ap was filed for. AP was approved. Now the person wants to apply for EAD alone (AP still valid). in such case, it not clear if the EAD application is free. anybody has done this?
