H1-B Stamping for one year visa

Hi,

My I-140 got approved and I got H1-B Visa for one 1 year till Mar 2014. I'm planning to go stamping in a month or two to Mexico or canada. Will there be a problem if my visa validity is only one year? DId anyone go through the same situation earlier?
