kmodugu0708
H1B Approved With Client A: OCT 2011 to SEP 2014 (Never went to stamping) (WORKED IN evc model) Recently changed to Client B in Feb 2013 (LCA Updated) (New Vendor and New Client, but same role and responsibilities) Do i need to do H1B Amendment as Client B is 21 miles away from Client A Lots of people are saying Only LCA is enough as both clients are in same Metropolitan Area and no change in job responsibilties... Also i am planning to do stamping in Canada this October or sometime around... Link to comment
sk.january
As your H1B was approved based on the EVC (client letter from A) the VO will ask/check to make sure you are still working at the same client location. If you din't need to go to stamping you would have been ok just updating the LCA, But if you intend to go to stamping, it is better you amend the H1B with client B. Do a consultation with a good attorney and get your questions answered. Link to comment

sk.january
Just a humble suggestion: Wait for forum responses just to get a some information, but don't take a decision without consulting a good immigration attorney!!! Good Luck !!! Link to comment

I myself have asked many times regarding amendment, but got different answers. Better to consult some good attorney. Link to comment
