H1B_Aspirants Posted May 1, 2013 Report Posted May 1, 2013 I am working for a company 'A' on L1B visa and company 'B' has applied H1B visa for me. My application was accepted and the employer 'B' received the receipt number as well. I have plans to travel out of country and return back by June end. Please let me know if this will impact my H1 application which has been approved a couple of weeks back.
