H-1B visa stamping dates in Quebec City

Hi All,

I was looking to schedule an appointment in Quebec city for my H-1B visa stamping in the end of July 2013. Currently the website says there are no available dates. Does that mean the dates are not available even in July or are they not open yet. If they are not open does anyone know when will they open up?

Don't go to Quebec City. Visa processing times in 10 business days.

Go to Ottawa/Calgary/Toronto/Vancouver, there processing is much faster.
