Who is the sponsoring employer for transferred EAD

Hi

I am on EAD. i.e my previous employer filed for GC and EAD and i chnaged my employer after more then 180 Days. Now i am working for this new employer on EAD.

I am going out of the country for few days and My question is if i am asked who is the sponsoring employer?

Should i give the old employer name since all the I485 forms have old company name?

If you have used AC21, your new employer is your new sponsor. You should have also filed an AC21 notification.

they may ask what you are doing at present and who you are working for? They will not ask you who the sponsoring employer is.

an i file AC21 Now ? or is it something that Employer should file.?

AC21 is something that only you can file. You can file at any time your petition has been pending for 180 days until it is approved.
