simultaneous 7th year H1B extension filing by two companies

I got an approved I140 from my current company(company 1). My current company is going to file for 3 year extension( I have only less than 6 months remaining on my current visa). I got an offer and the other company(company 2) also will file for 3 year extension. Now will I get any issue if both of them are filing for 7th year extension using my approved I140? Should I delay filing from company 1, till I get approved H1B from company 2 ( in that case company 1 filing is no longer needed).

If your current employer revokes the I140 you will not able to extend the H1 with employer 2.
