I-140 EB3 to EB2 - 3 year bachelor + 2 Year US masters

My new employer has started my GC process and job requirements for position are set as Bachelors + 5 Years of Progressive experience which seems to be EB2. I already have I-140 EB3 approved from my previous employer.

I have 3 year bachelors degree + 2 years US Masters Degree obtained with full time coursework completed in 2004 from a reputed/accredited university.

My question is that since I don't have US 4 year equivalent bachelors degree, would this position be considered automatically as EB3 even though I have US masters degree overriding a Bachelors ?

I read the AILA NSC liaison document from 2007 and it says in first point that if person has US Masters degree no further documents are required from USCIS. Anybody in same situation ?
