Travel to Dominican Republic on EAD/AP

Friends,

I am citizen of India, living and working in the United States. I plan to visit Dominican Republic for travel (tourism) during May 2013 for 5 days period. I carry Advanced Parole for entering back into the USA and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) which allows me to legally work in the USA. I do carry H1B extension approval.

Do I need any visa/permit for entering into Dominican Republic?

How was your travel to and from US to Dominican Republic on EAD/AP.

Do i require to obtain Tourist visa for DR in US or would i be able to get at the immigration in DR?

Does not having any Visa on passport created any trouble ?
