abnew Posted April 28, 2013 Report Posted April 28, 2013 Hi, I am i-485 pending and currently working on EAD. My EAD & AP expires in mid Sept 2013 & applying for renewal next week. 1. Can I continue to work even if I don't Receive Renewed EAD card after mid Sept 2013? Thanks in Advance.

pontevecchio Posted April 29, 2013 Report Posted April 29, 2013 If your EAD is delayed look up 401(k) which allows up to 6 months of work without Authorization. I also suggest that a Lawyer on retainer is a must till you get the GC./
