H4 stamping after H1B transfer

Hi,

This is my first post in this forum. Thanks in advance.Here is my query:

I got my H1B in 2012 and I travelled in Nov 2012. Now I'm getting my H1B transferred to another employer.

My family (wife and daughter) back in India didn't apply for H4 stamping till now due to some reasons. Now will this be okay if they apply for H4 after my H1B transfer? Or there can be any risk at this.

Please suggest.

As long as you are demonstrably in valid H1 status they will get the H4 visa. What makes you think otherwise?
