UkrGal Posted April 30, 2013 Report Posted April 30, 2013 We have a number of attorneys at the Murthy Law Firm who specialize in issues related to the immigration impacts of criminal convictions. Do you also have attorneys that can handle issues of unauthorized employment in conjunction with criminal history? Such as if a person was employed illegally and criminal charges arose during that employment? Please advise. Thanks!

While we certainly discourage our clients from performing unauthorized employment, we do have experience working with people who have run into issues related to criminal matters/unauthorized employment.
