EB1C Green card process

Hello:

Can someone explain to me what are the steps involved (along with the timelines) on applying for a Green Card under EB1C category, (assuming one qualifies for EB1C and is in States on L1A visa with all prerequisites in place). Appreciate your help...

Procedurally, the employer can file an I-140 with supporting documentation and the employee concurrently file I-485 for themselves and their dependent noncitizen family members. The process takes anywhere between 6 to 12 months to complete after filing.
