vineethadas77 Posted April 25, 2013 Report Posted April 25, 2013 I have my I-140 filed but got an RFE as of last week. I am going for visa stamping in 10 days . What should be the answer for this question in my case : HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF WITH THE USCIS???
StuckinOttawaApr17 Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Just mention that I-140 has been filed by your ABC company on XYZ date.. no need to mention about RFE until it gets adjudicated I think.
