Divs16 Posted April 24, 2013 Report Posted April 24, 2013 From June 2012 to till date I am working for clien-C .My H1 started from October 2012 before that I was on OPT-STEM extension which was valid till november 2012. When I was on OPT I dont not have paystubs for the months of April and May as I was on vacation. On this regard I even got RFE on my H1 petition asking for a reason. After sending vacation approval documents from employer I got H1 approved. I totaly have three w2 for 2012 and 10 months paystubs(-2 months for vacation on OPT-STEM status). Am I going to have any issues with three 3 w2's and 10 months paystubs ??
