Done with Filling DS -160 form, but not able to upload my photo

Done with Filling DS -160 form, but not able to upload my photo.

i tried the "test photo" hyperlink and uploaded my photo from there and checked the "include the photo" checkbox.(is accepted my pic)

But then when i retrieve my form and go to review section it says photo not uploaded.

I heard there is some change in the process for uploading the photo and also I saw some ppl say taking 2 photos with you will solve this issue.

confused here- can anyone help understand the process of uploading photo...

After retrieving your application , On top of the page , you can see four different tabs. 1) Complete application 2) Review application 3) Upload photo 4) Sign application. Just select Upload photo

There are only 3 tabs there is no tab "Upload photo" as you mentioned
