First PERM Denied, Second PERM in Audit with same employer. Please advice.

Hello,

My first PERM-EB2 was filed in Mar-2012, fall into Audit in Jul-2012 and finally denied in Oct-2012 with some reasons saying information mismatch in the application/PWD.

Again applied new PERM in Dec-2012 and on 20th Apr-2013 my employer said they received Audit again asking about the hiring process, interviews and ads. Also the signed form and declaration from me that I am not paying anything for GC processing.

Both the time my employer said it is a random Audit, nothing really we would have done with documentation.

I am in total dilemma, what can I do now? My current visa is valid till Jun-2014. My concerns are

Shall I take a chance and wait till get the verdict of this latest Audit?

Or Shall I withdraw and apply for new PERM with same employer?

Or Shall I change and try my luck with new employer?

Does it harm in anyway if I change employer during Auditing?

What options would I have if in case it is denied again after auditing?
