Can I-94 extension be done till October if L1B and I 94 is expiring earlier in August?

Hello,

I am with Company A and have valid L1B VISA and I-94 expiring both on same date in August'2013.Company A has filed my H1B Visa Regular Processing/Regular Quota this year for which I am still waiting on for Lottery Results.

My Question is whether is there any way I can stay and work in US from August to October if i get approval for H1B Visa as my Company is not ready to file L1B extension for me?

I see no way. You may need to come back with the H1 visa.
