Johns Posted April 22, 2013 Report Posted April 22, 2013 I am currently on my H1B extension till Sep 2013 and have not left the US since my extension. I have applied for my 7th year 3 year extension, which I will probably get it by the end of this month April. My question is can I go for stamping in May, if my extension is approved. If so can I go for my stamping with the new I 797 and will my Visa be valid from May.
