feb4vancouver Posted April 22, 2013 Report Posted April 22, 2013 My employer has applied for my Green Card EB2 LC in January 2012, and it is approved and My I-140 also got approved. I did my Masters in Chemical Engineering, but by mistake in my Green Card LC it is mentioned as Computer Science. I spoke to my employer if there is a way to change this but my employer said that as my Labor and I 140 both of them got already approved there is not going to be any problem, but I am worried that I might get some issues when I apply for I 485. Can anyone please help me by providing the information if there is going to be any problem due to this error or is there any way to change my labor application with the correct information?
