H1B Visa Stamping after denied entry on B1

I was denied entry to US and allowed to withdraw my application for admission in Oct 2010. Reason - Frequent travel to the US; was not able to convince the officer that I was not there for work and only for business meetings.

Now, my H1B petition has been approved with the same employer (after 2.5 yrs).

I would like to views on H1B stamping - what kind of questions? processing times?

anybody who has gone through the same - if they can share their experiences it would be great.
