rdshah Posted April 18, 2013 Report Posted April 18, 2013 Hello, I graduated in last September 2012 and have been working on my OPT since then. My current company filed for my H1b this April. (I do understand that H1 gets activated on 1st October) (If I have already recieved my H1 approval for current company) I would like to know how long I need to wait to change my company. If another company is ready to do an H1 transfer can I change my company now? Or do I need to wait till October, 2013 for my H1 to get activated for the transfer. Thank you for your time.
