humami1on Posted April 17, 2013 Report Posted April 17, 2013 its been over 90 days and still waiting to hear from consulate. I have seen some people here are waiting for more than 5 months. I am thinking to withdraw application from Calgary consulate and ReApply at Hyd consulate in India. is it possible and is it a good move? I can spend time with family and can apply together along with wife for H4. your suggestion really appreciated.

If it is over 90 days, you can get a lawyer to inquire about the reason for delays. I e-mailed the consulate and they said, don't send an e-mail before 90 days have passed. I would recommend contacting the consulate or contact a lawyer in the US and talk about the next steps. I am tired of waiting already :( Are you in Calgary?
