visitor visa extension

Hi,

My mom is visiting US and she has I-94 approved until May 15, 2013.

Her previous visits are as follows:

1. Jun 2010 - Mar 2011 for 9 months

2. July 2011 - August 2011 for 1 month

3. July 2012 - August 2012 for 1 month

4. November 2012 - May 2013 for 6 months

Now, we would like to extend her stay for 3 months.

What are her chances, also if her extension gets extended, what are her further chances of entering US?

Please suggest.

17 of 35 months is much too frequent. Apply only if she has a VERY good reason. And know that her visa will be void if it is denied.
