Extension visa stamping

Hi all,

I work with a well-established IT Services/Consultancy firm as a Technical Recruiter. I have H1 Extension approval and desperately want to visit my family in India this July. I have been reading so much about Administrative Process and Denials that I am concerned about going for stamping in New Delhi.

My case is simple and straight forward since I work directly with this company. My paperwork is in order. I thought of reaching out to everyone in this forum as you might have more experience in this than I do. You might have heard your friend's cases. In your opinion, based on what you have heard and experienced, can you please suggest if you have heard of any such cases got denied?

Go to home country and get it stamped buddy. I wanted to visit my family after 5 years this Nov and now my case is under administrative processing in Canada. God forbid if you get admin process you'll be with your family in India atleast.

If this is true and your previous immigration records are clean then your VISA is confirmed.
