USCIS website says the current processing date is Oct 2012, but it was as on Feb 28th 2013 and is not updated after that. If one was to file I-485 in about a week from now, how long could it take?
Attorney_11 Posted April 15, 2013 Report Posted April 15, 2013 Processing times depend on a combination of regular case processing timeframes (typically between 3 to 6 months) and persisting availability of immigrant visa numbers in the immigrant category, which are much harder to gauge or predict.
