8th Year H1B in USA stamping in INDIA

Hello,

Thanks for looking into my query.

I'm planning to go to INDIA in August 2013 and I have to go for stamping at that time.

This is my 8th year on H1B in USA (I 140 approved waiting for 485 date to be Sep 2010). When i went to INDIA last time (Feb 2011) i went for stamping through the same employer (I'm permanent employee to this employer from May 2008). So any idea if i go for stamping in my 8th year of H1B in INDIA that i may face any issues??

I can provide all documents including employer letter, Last 3 W2 forms, Pay stubs, etc..

If I-140 is approved and your have all the documentation for your direct employment model, there shouldn't be any issues. Good luck!

If you have all the req doc's then you are good to go.
