Rakee
Hello Experts, I am planing to change my employer ( EC to EVC). Although I completed 20 months in the current project and with same employer I made this decision because I am not getting a client letter and my employer will not agree for me to change the client. So if I change the employer I will easily get a project in EVC model ( with client letter) but the only doubt I have is How many months/years we have to be with our employer before going for H1B visa stamping? I know it would be a problem if we go for stamping immediately after changing the employer. Please let me know your opinions. Thank you, Link to comment
cobra1232
Why would it be a problem if you go immediately? Provided you have all the documents (previous W2/pay stubs/Current employer letter/couple of pay stubs with current employer etc. ) I don't see any issues, unless you lack paper work for your EVC model.
