sk.h1b Posted April 11, 2013 Report Posted April 11, 2013 Hello, Is Mumbai a dencent place for EVC model H1b stamping now a days? If anyone has recent experience, please share. Thanks!
omshiv Posted April 11, 2013 Report Posted April 11, 2013 decent place?? in terms of what? Mumbai is a great City!! as far as your H1b stamping is concerned, it all depends on your paperwork/documents.
lostpacket Posted April 11, 2013 Report Posted April 11, 2013 I have in house model and got stuck with 221g since March. I am not sure about EVC. Its better to go to Canada. No one goes to Indian consulates any more for h1b visa stamping if you have canada option. I had, but I didn't go and paid the price.

Their are 100's of ppl still attending visa interview in India, all they need is required and supporting documents. BTW what is mean by 'in house' project??
sk.h1b Posted April 11, 2013 Author Report Posted April 11, 2013 hi lostpacket sorry to hear about your case and really hope things work out for you asap. also thank u for your guidance.
lostpacket Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 We have been providing services to our fixed clients since few years. These services are provided remotely but may require site visit. Since all the work is done at my employer's office, the model is in house.

Since the term 'in house' has been abused by the consulting firms, your case was put under the AP I guess.
