EVC model H1b stamping in Mumbai

Is Mumbai a dencent place for EVC model H1b stamping now a days? If anyone has recent experience, please share.

as far as your H1b stamping is concerned, it all depends on your paperwork/documents.

I have in house model and got stuck with 221g since March. I am not sure about EVC. Its better to go to Canada. No one goes to Indian consulates any more for h1b visa stamping if you have canada option. I had, but I didn't go and paid the price.

Your post clearly says why you got 221g.

Their are 100's of ppl still attending visa interview in India, all they need is required and supporting documents.

BTW what is mean by 'in house' project??

We have been providing services to our fixed clients since few years. These services are provided remotely but may require site visit. Since all the work is done at my employer's office, the model is in house.

if this is true then your case will be cleared.

Since the term 'in house' has been abused by the consulting firms, your case was put under the AP I guess.
