Under DS-160 \ "Travel Information" there's a question -Purpose of trip to US: Temporary worker (H) -Specify : Spouse of An H (H4) Principal applicant Information - Surname - MY SURNAME - Given name - MY NAME - Applicant's Application Receipt/Petition Number - MY USCIS Receipt Number I filled information as above ......Can you guys please confirm if that's correct ....
