Vendor Letters and Contracts - Please Help ..

Hi,

I am going for my visa stamping in Vancouver and i have a couple of Vendor related questions.

My end client is a state govt agency and they have a 3rd party vendor handling their staff augmentation and all other vendor agencies have to go through that agency.

(1) Do i need to mention both my vendor and the staff augmentation agency as my vendors if the VO asks "Who is your vendor?" (or) do i need to mention only my vendor.

(2) Do we need to carry the vendor and Employer contract agreements with us as well?

Please Advise.

Hi,

If the VO asks you how many Vendors then only you mention, otherwise pls do not tell anything. Keep it as simple as possible.

Generally they ask you who is your client or end client.

If they ask you about vendor then you can mention. They generally ask is there any vendor(in case, but most of the time they don't) and how many vendors in between.

Better to carry the purchase order or the agreement between your employer and vendor.
