H1 amendment with Com A while having offer from Com B

Hello,

I work for Company A and have an offer from Company B. I want to transfer H1B to Employer-B. But with Employer-A, there is an amendment petition filed and USCIS may take 2 more months to complete the process since its gone an non premium.I want to move to Employer B. Is it possible ??

You don't need to wait. File with current I797, and paystubs. It should be ok, but still spend couple of 100s bucks to make it sure. Hire an attorney.
