viharik Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 Hi, I am on a cap-exempt H1 visa (non-profit) and i have applied for a new cap-subject H1 visa in this year's (FY 2014) cap. Now, i wanted to go to india and come back some time in May on my existing cap-exempt H1 Visa. What are the problems that might occur due to this? How does my pending/finished new H1 processing status going to effect it in respect to I-94 etc..? Thanks.
