sri233 Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 Hi, Following is my profile. 1.) Started working for Client A from Jan 2010 on OPT (F1 OPT) via Employer A. 2.) While working for the same Client A changed to Employer B who sponsored my H1B valid from October 2011 to October 2014. My first LCA was applied during this period. 3.) Change to Client B and worked for them from March 2012 to Jan 2013. My second LCA was applied during this period. No H1B Amendment. 4.) I came back to Client A on Jan 2013 and working for them right now. No LCA applied. Can I go for stamping with: 1.) My first LCA? It is still valid. Client A has around 4 to 5 buildings in the same location and the building mentioned on the LCA is different, by a couple of blocks, from the building I am working in now. Is this fine? 2.) I checked with my company attorney and she says USCIS is not aware of client or location changes until we notify them and that I may go for stamping without H1B Amendement. Does anyone disagree? Thanks, Vidya.
