Applying L1 B Blacket while H1B is in administative procesing state

hi,

I work in an MNC company (say A). Other company (say B) has sponcered for my H1 last year. i attended the inteview in march 2012 and I got 221(g) slip. it is in administrative processing stage till now. My company A is filing L1B (blanket) for me.

1) Do i have any issue during visa interview becos of having H1B in admin processing state. if so what I can do to improce the chances of getting visa approved.

2) Does is make a difference if I withdraw H1B in consulate and then go for interview? or is not needed.
