Aaman786 Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 I have my H1B petition approval and visa rejected in Oct 2007.But i lost my Petition Copy from Employer. Will i come under cap exempt for H1B,if so Whether Old Petition Copy is Needed for Applying H1B Visa under cap exempt? or Receipt number should be fine?
