pal2633 Posted April 2, 2013 Report Posted April 2, 2013 HI Everyone, I have a doubt on my h1b stamping.i have filled my h1B initially with xclient (thorugh my employer) and then worked for 20 months and then moved to a different Zclient location and worked for 5 months and filed my lca and didn't file my amedement and again i am back to same Xclient for my stamping and filed a new LCA . I have my visa data in may...Overall i am with the same client where i applied my h1 initially Do i need to file for amendement to go for stamping ? Could you please share your valuable information
sunnyusainfo Posted April 2, 2013 Report Posted April 2, 2013 Since, you didnt file amendment when you moved to Z client, if VO asks the question, be prepared for the answer. I think, you dont need to file an amendment now, since you have LCA updated with current client X. Once contact your company attorney also....

Could you please share your valuable information Some say, if the change in client location is within the MSA then just LCA amendment is sufficient.
