Not residing at current address mentioned in indian passport while applying for IR1

Hello,

I am going to apply for IR1 very soon, however i've got followig query regarding application.

I am not residing at current address mentioned in indian passport as i've been moved to other address just a month back. while applying for IR1 VISA. Do I need to change my address in passport to recent address or do usa gov/consulate provide any option in form to mention my current address which is not same as address mentioned in my passport for further communication.
