RFE on H1B transfer...Need Help...

I have applied for H1B transfer and got RFE.

RFE is on the title of the job.

My job title is Business systems analyst, and my LCA is approved as software developer.

i am a ETL developer. In my client letter, my manager has mentioned title as business systems analyst and in the duties he has mentioned ETL developer roles.

Now the RFE is like this.

Candidate(me) has completed his masters in software engineering, so how come his current job business systems analyst related to his field of study.

Can some one please help me...is this a big problem?

The Job title mentioned in LCA should match on all the documents submitted

In your case the LCA was approved for software developer but your client letter has Business systems analyst, those are different ROLES based on the USCIS/DOL

You are a Master's student, am not sure how you/your employer missed this simple thing.Your job should be related to your master's domain

"when you say big problem??" Immigration is always a problem..when you do not have valid documents

When an H1B petition is filed with USCIS identifying different job titles with the petitioner, USCIS is likely to have questions about whether the petition is approvable or not. It would be a good idea to consult with an attorney who can review all of the documents submitted to USCIS as part of the H1B petition to see whether the petition can be salvaged or if it needs to be withdrawn.
