I filed in July 2011, its almost 1 yr. and 8 months but havn't heard anything yet. I would like to know if anybody filed the I 140 in 2011 and received the approval already. And in how many months? You reply is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Belle Posted March 29, 2013 Report Posted March 29, 2013 Generally, under 6 months. It is possible, there is something wrong with your filing. You can also take a look at the processing windows for your service center.

jcap1 Posted March 30, 2013 Author Report Posted March 30, 2013 I did, it says 'initial Review' for last couple of months, havn't received any RFE yet, not sure whats going on. I hope my attorney has filed it properly. Thanks for the reply.
