My situation is after I applied for L1 to H1 transfer , I went for a trip to India and got new I94 on my way back. After I came back, my H1 got approved and new I94 is issued. Currently I have two I94s. I am planning to go to Visa stamping int the month of May. Will it be an issue? Please advice if anyone is in similar situation.
kalyan_ac Posted March 28, 2013 Report Posted March 28, 2013 Latest is greatest. Submit all the I94s when exiting the country.Should not be an issue for stamping because of an I94.

I've to go to India for my marriage and will be back by June 11 th, this was latest change and the dates are confirmed. My question would be, will I be able to come back without any problem. I don't have to go to stamping for L1 in India as I have valid L1 till apr'14.
