I want to change to a new employer and move to EB2 category from EB3. My current empoyer does not provide the I-140 approval notice.

So I went through the FOIA process and they responded like below:

"This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) request received in this

office February 08, 2013 regarding your immigration record. You specifically requested a copy of your

approval notice for your I-140 petition, SRCXXXXXXXXXX.We did not locate documents responsive to this

request in the responsive records; however, we did locate a copy of your I-140 petition with an approval

stamp on it."

They have sent me that application with 'Approved' from 'US Citizionship and Immigration Services' stamped. They also filled up Alien number in the application.

Does this enough while porting EB2 from EB3?

Or still do I need to ask for the approval copy itself?

Please assist.
