krishank Posted March 27, 2013 Report Share Posted March 27, 2013 Hi forum, I am currently employed at Company A on OPT.I have my Company A H1b already approved with a start date of April 13th (I was on h1b before). Recently, I received a job offer from Company B, and they will apply for an H1b transfer. Currently, they are waiting for the LCA, and they should apply in premium processing around April 12th. My last day with Current Employer is april 15th. I am worried that the H1b receipt for company B won't arrive by that time. What are the consequences if it arrives on say April 16th etc?
