sharmilam Posted March 27, 2013 Report Posted March 27, 2013 My H1B expires in Nov 2014 and I have my I-140 approved with Company A. Now I am planning to move to Company B but they said they cant process my green card for 18 months. If I join Company B and if something goes wrong in that company, will I be able to join a new company on H1B even when Company A revokes my I-140. Please let me know
