ejvyas Posted March 26, 2013 Report Share Posted March 26, 2013 I have bad fingerprints and after fingerprinting twice for 485 I received RFE. USCIS has asked me to provide good conduct/police clearance letter from local law enforcement agency. When I asked the police department from one of the towns they were not ready to provide one. The Sheriffs office was also not ready to provide any such letter. I have already applied for state level criminal record (of myself). Will that be sufficient? Link to comment
