Stem extn pending, change of employer

Hi,

My opt stem ext has been pending since 5 months,

my request dates on I-20 was wrong I have sent the hard copy of regenerated correct dates I-20 from my school back to Uscis recently, In no matter of time I have changed my address, now I am offered full time position in one of fortune 50 company and I need to send new filled I-765 form& I-20 back to Uscis with offer letter for change of employer will this delay or effect my OPT extn?
