cobra1232
Hello All, I understand that if one is going to Mexico for stamping then they have to return the existing I-94 at Port of exit. But I have heard that usually there arent any Border patrol agents on the exit side to collect your I-94? In that situation can someone who has been to Mexico tell me if they have experienced the same? And what did they do in that situation? Thanks for your help! Link to comment
shekar11#
While exiting Mexico you have POE where you hand over old I 94 and border officials print and give you a new I 94. It costs you $6 for the new I 94. Link to comment
visa@Vancouver12
you can submit your I-94 even when you are entering US while collecting new I 94. I have done the same I forgot to submit my i-94 while going to canada but I submitted it when returning back at the POE. Link to comment
