Can two employer file H1 for single employee at same time?

Hello,

I am candidate of cap-exempt for H1B 2013 as I was on H1b before 2010 to 2013.

I am currently looking for new employer in US who can file my H1, but no one is ready right now.

I am applying at so many places, what if two employers get ready to file H1, can they both file at same time or not?
