Applying H1 in 2013 as COS from company B so if it gets approved it will be valid from 1st-Oct-2013. But because of some reason if decided to continue with company A (L1 company), can I leave the country and come back in Nov 2013 or Dec 2013 since L1 VISA is valid till May 2014 ? or will my L1 visa will be invalid on 1st-Oct-2013?
